I-5 Corridor Reinforcement Project
The Bonneville Power Administration is proposing a new 500-kilovolt transmission line in southwest Washington that would address the area's growing energy demands and help ensure the delivery of clean, reliable power. It's been 40 years since BPA built the last section of high-voltage transmission line along the I-5 Corridor, and since then the area's population has doubled.
