My name is Matthew and this is my proposal to my girlfriend Melissa. We had talked about marriage (we had dated for 7 years!), and Melissa had given me 4 strict criteria to adhere by in proposing: 1. It had to be a true surprise 2. It had to be a public declaration 3. It had to be original, and 4. It had to be on film She was always joking, but I took it as a challenge, and I pulled it off!
