www.ntv.co.ke There was a near showdown at a 'NO' campaign rally when an mp told off the group, led by minister William ruto, that their crusade against the draft was bound to fail. Dujis MP Adan Duale, told the higher education minister, William ruto, to his face, that he was misleading innocent Kenyans by telling them that the proposed constitution does not serve their interests. Meanwhile, the 'NO' camp is now proposing that the perceived contentious clauses should be presented as a detachment from the main document at the referendum.
