My proposal at the AU/LSU game.


The short story: I got a friend of mine to make the banner. Another buddy brought it into the stadium and sat it down a few rows above us with a note attached explaining what it was for and when to unroll it (with 4:00 left to go at halftime). About that time, I also had a photographer come up to take photos of the whole thing. I convinced Whitney to stand up for some photos, and she had no clue about the banner or anything. After the photos, I got down on a knee and proposed to her in front of 87000 fans. It was in section 46, and they were cheering for us through the whole proposal. After she said yes, another friend brought up a dozen roses for her since I know she loves getting flowers. I caught her off guard! Here are the photos: www.flickr.com
