Sequel to the Kickball Marriage Proposal: Calling Mom
After you stop your kickball game to propose to your girlfriend (whom you met in the league!), and she says yes, and as your team heads out to the bar in celebration afterward, it is vital to first call your mother to share the good news. Especially if she had no idea that you were proposing! Evan Parness, who proposed to Cherish Rapp on September 2, 2010 on our court, recorded his phone conversation with his mom and shared it with us.
